Terms of service

IPY provides residential and mobile proxies for compatible applications, scripts and tools over HTTP, HTTPS CONNECT and SOCKS5. It is not a VPN or a censorship circumvention tool, and does not provide device-wide routing or one-click circumvention.

Basic and Mobile pricing, traffic, validity and available routes are defined by the purchase page and order. Location and session options depend on the route and do not imply a permanently dedicated IP, fixed exit or access to every destination.

Provide accurate registration information and use an email address and payment method you are authorized to use. Obtain appropriate authority when acting for an organization.

Protect your password, devices and plan Keys, and manage use by people you authorize. Do not publish credentials. If you discover a leak or unusual usage, take available account security measures and contact support.

Use the service for authorized public data research, regional content checks and business testing. Follow applicable law, destination rules, access permissions and personal data requirements.

Unauthorized access or security testing, credential or data theft, credential stuffing, phishing, fraud, malware, spam, denial-of-service attacks, and violations of privacy or intellectual property rights are prohibited.

Do not use the service to bypass lawfully imposed network restrictions or evade legal obligations. Do not interfere with the service, use another person’s Key without authorization, or circumvent billing and access controls.

Check the plan, quantity, currency, total and validity before purchase. Use balance or Stripe where offered. A balance top-up and a traffic purchase are separate: adding money does not directly add proxy traffic.

Payment is confirmed through server verification and order status. A success return page alone does not establish settlement. Keep your order reference and contact support about delays rather than paying repeatedly.

Each traffic unit labeled GB currently represents 1,073,741,824 bytes. Uploads and downloads both count toward usage. Analytics may be delayed, and hourly and accounting views may temporarily differ due to aggregation timing.

Product and price changes should apply to the relevant purchase date. This page does not replace confirmed orders or turn demonstration code or promotional examples into plan commitments.

For duplicate payments, non-delivery, incorrect charges or service issues, send support the order reference, time and a description. Transaction and delivery records will be reviewed.

Refund eligibility and handling depend on the order, service delivered and applicable law. This page promises neither automatic refunds nor a fixed refund deadline, and does not impose a blanket no-refund rule or restrict mandatory consumer rights.

External providers supply proxy exits. Upstreams, carriers, destinations and network conditions affect speed, location, connection duration and access. A fixed session does not guarantee an unchanged exit forever.

Maintenance, security action and third-party outages may interrupt service. Unless expressly agreed, no particular success rate, speed or continuous availability is promised. Do not use the service as the sole dependency of safety-critical systems.

Suspected unlawful use, abuse, leaked credentials, payment risks or threats to service security may require proportionate restrictions on connections or accounts while reviewed. Emergency action may precede notice.

You can provide relevant information and request review of a restriction. Ending use does not remove valid existing payment obligations. Remaining benefits and refunds depend on the order and applicable law, without automatic forfeiture.

You must establish your permission to access destination data and services. A proxy connection does not grant rights to third-party content, accounts, trademarks or data.

Both parties should take reasonable steps to reduce losses and resolve issues. Nothing here excludes non-excludable rights or liability. Unspecified liability, jurisdiction and consumer protection matters remain subject to applicable law.

Updates will be dated on this page. Material changes affecting users should be communicated appropriately, with renewed agreement where required by law.
