01Scope

This policy covers personal information handled through the IPY website, console, accounts, payments and proxy service. IPY provides residential and mobile proxies for applications and tools. It is not a VPN or a censorship circumvention tool.

Destination websites and third-party services, including payment providers, have their own privacy practices. This policy does not replace their notices.

02Information we process

Account and profile: email, username, nickname, password verification information, and optional profile details such as birthday or avatar. If you use an enabled Google sign-in option, this also includes its account identifier and authorized basic profile information.

Sign-in and security: device and browser information, sessions, IP addresses, access times and security events used to recognize devices, maintain access and investigate problems.

Transactions and usage: order references, plans, amounts, currencies, payment status, balance activity, plan Key associations, and connection metadata such as protocol, target hostname, request times, status, region options, and uploaded and downloaded bytes.

Support: descriptions, order information and attachments you choose to provide. Do not send passwords, full plan Keys or complete card details in support messages.

03Why information is used

To register and authenticate accounts, send verification codes and service notices, deliver plans and connections, process and reconcile payments, display usage, troubleshoot problems, and prevent fraud and abuse.

These activities support the service agreement, necessary security and operations, and legal obligations. Optional processing that requires consent should be explained separately and consent obtained. The applicable legal basis depends on the operating jurisdiction and relevant law.

04Cookies and local storage

Sign-in and device cookies maintain sessions. Cookies or browser local storage also remember language, theme and sidebar preferences. Blocking or clearing these may sign you out or reset preferences.

You can manage this storage in your browser. External pages such as Stripe may use their own cookies under their own policies; this page does not replace their cookie controls.

05Providers and data transfers

Hosting, email, payment and proxy route providers may process information needed to deliver the service. Proxy requests pass through upstream routes to destination websites; a proxy does not make you completely anonymous to those parties.

Stripe handles payment details entered during checkout. IPY uses order references, payment status and transaction information to credit purchases. Do not submit full card numbers or security codes to IPY support.

Information may also be used where lawful and necessary to respond to authorized requests, resolve disputes or protect users and the service. Cross-region use and provider processing may involve international transfers. Specific recipients, locations and safeguards must be disclosed according to actual operating arrangements.

06Retention and security

Retention should match account service, accounting, security and legal needs, with different periods for different categories. Closing an account does not imply immediate deletion of every transaction or security record.

Password hashing, session verification and access controls help protect accounts. No system guarantees absolute security. Protect passwords and plan Keys, end suspicious sessions and contact support if you notice a problem.

IPY does not claim zero logs, device-wide encryption or complete anonymity. Connection metadata supports metering and analytics. Continue to use HTTPS and avoid sending sensitive information over untrusted connections.

07Your choices and requests

Use the account page to review and update editable profile information, manage sign-in devices and access available account security controls.

You may request access, correction or deletion, and ask about restriction, objection, copies or withdrawal of consent. Available rights, conditions and response deadlines depend on applicable law. Identity verification may be necessary, and legally required records may not be immediately deleted.

If you disagree with a response, contact support again. Where applicable, you may complain to the competent data protection authority. Do not submit identity documents through public channels.

08Minors, updates and contact

The service is intended for users able to lawfully enter into and perform the service agreement. Contact support if a minor has submitted information without appropriate authorization.

The date on this page will change when the policy is updated; material changes should be communicated appropriately. Submit privacy questions and requests through website support, describing their scope. Contact lunepro@outlook.com.
